Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" of their personal information.

Issue-Monkey does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform:

• Stripe — Payment processing (billing info only)
• SendGrid — Email delivery (email addresses only)
• Google Maps — Geocoding and address lookup (addresses only)
• OpenAI — AI-generated violation notices (issue text only, no personal identifiers)

These service providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing their service to Issue-Monkey.

• Right to Delete — Request deletion of your personal data
• Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights
